Chilling

Amid the squeak of shivery strolls, 
Grumbling wagons and rover patrols...
Robins twitter wrapped in Midwinter...
Freezing our hearts and frosting our souls.

A Gwawdodyn is a Welsh poetic form. 

Four line stanza.
Syllables per line 9/9/10/9
Rhymes: lines 1,2, 4. Line 3 has a word mid line anywhere that rhymes with the last word in the line.

Another one based on a recent early morning walk, and the chill I felt at hearing robins singing in the middle of January.
